A preventive excavation carried out at Guignicourt “L’Homme Mort” (Aisne) revealed a small domestic storage unit from the Late Bronze Age. It is noteworthy for the quantity and quality of the milling tools found there. Indeed, the presence of exogenic tools (arkose and basalt, respectively from the Ardennes and the Eifel) highlights the trade system within the continental area and suggests the hypothesis of specialized “sites”.
